This is the American Dream. We made IPA great again. A classic, American IPA inspired by the Californian pioneers of craft beer. Let's raise a glass to Adam, David, Matt, Greg, Mitch, Vinnie, Tony, Ken and all the rest.
To make this evergreen IPA we asked our very own Californian expat, Patrick from Bryggselv Oslo, to design the recipe. The result is a clean malt profile, loaded with quintessential American hops from the great Yakima Valley. Cascade? FUCK YEAH! Centennial? FUCK YEAH! Amarillo? FUCK YEAH! Simcoe? FUCK YEAH!
Make sure to check out Patrick's top five tips for brewing kick-ass American IPAs here.
This kit contains all the ingredients you need to brew 25 liters of this epic IPA.
- 6,5 kg crushed malt
- Pre-measured and nitro-packed hops
- Two packs of dry yeast or one pack of liquid yeast
We highly recommend making a yeast starter when using liquid yeast. Read how here.
